Reliability in this sector isn't only about the first article produced. Procurement teams need confidence that the two-hundredth casting in a batch will behave identically to the first, which places real weight on process stability throughout dewaxing, pouring and cooling. Consistent quality depends far more on disciplined process control than on inspection alone catching problems after the fact.
