In a poignant Mann Ki Baat address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid solemn homage to the victims of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, honoring both civilians and security personnel. Amidst reflections on the nation's enduring memory of the fateful November 26, he underscored India's fortitude, highlighting how the country's resilience enabled it to triumph over the ordeal and confront terrorism with unwavering courage.

The Prime Minister also drew attention to the historical importance of November 26, noting that on this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly passed and adopted the Constitution of India. Notably, following his recommendation in 2015 during the celebration of Babasaheb Ambedkar's 125th birth anniversary, November 26 is now observed annually as Constitution Day. This dual commemoration serves as a powerful reminder of India's strength in the face of adversity and its unwavering commitment to constitutional principles.
